Immunization & Injection Services

The Fort Frances Family Health Team provides injection services as part of patient care. Patients must have their prescription filled prior to attending the appointment. Please note travel vaccinations are not available.

Services Include:

• Immunizations
• Allergy shots
• B12
• Prescribed injections (e.g. mental health, hormone)

Access to immunization and injection services is provider referral only.
