If you are experiencing chest pains, shortness of breath, acute abdominal pain or an emergency please call 911 or go to the Emergency Department.

Refilling Your Prescription

Please do not call the office when you require more medications. The first step is to contact the pharmacy. They will then send a refill request to the Fort Frances Family Health Team (FF FHT).

It is important to let your pharmacy know you require a refill as soon as possible. The office has a 3-week business day policy to allow time for the refill request to be reviewed. Always follow up with the pharmacy for any updates on your refill.
