The Fort Frances Family Health Team provides wound management through assessment, treatment and follow up. Services are provided in collaboration with the patient and other healthcare providers and includes education for the patient. Access to Wound Care is by self or provider referral.

- Advanced Wound Care Assessment
- Suture and staple removal
- Diabetic ulcers
- Pressure ulcers
- Venous/arterial ulcers
- Surgical incisions
- Skin tears
